And while I don’t get jet lag, I’m inclined to believe (along with First Nation Americans) that it takes your soul a while to catch up when you’ve made a significant journey.
These days even a window seat doesn’t help if you’re on the ineptly named ‘Dreamliner’, as the windows are darkened by cabin crew control so you can’t see the world anyway.
Ah yes! I heard of this on my way home- the newfangled plane where you can't even choose to open the window shades. Ugghhh. That seems so rude! Surely looking out of the window is one of the only consolations of long-haul flight?
I think I was supposed to be born in the southern hemisphere. I VERY reliably think I am going in the polar opposite direction to where I actually am going. We sometimes rely on my misaligned sense of direction to navigate, and it works worrying well 😅
Yes! A decade ago. But this was before I understood the pattern of opposites my body obeyed, and so I paid no attention to whether I was suddenly aligned correctly... I must go back, for science ;)

Yes indeed, it is imperative to prove my theorem
I mean, we could meet at the Equator and see what happens...
I'm on board! But we may never meet, just get stuck wandering around our meeting point in circles...
Lucy Mayes of London Pigment is a gem, a great friend and a superb colourwoman.
I loved her colours!
Me too. I have some right here. Her rose madder is excellent.
